Huffman joins from Marsh to lead development in the Pittsburgh area for the Top-40 Insurance Broker.

Newfront, the tech-driven insurance brokerage based in San Francisco, welcomes Phil Huffman as the Greater Pittsburgh Market Leader to its rapidly expanding team. Huffman, named a Rising Star by Risk & Insurance in 2022, joins from Marsh.

At Marsh, Huffman served as Senior Vice President and Pittsburgh Growth Leader. Specializing in the manufacturing, construction, energy, real estate, technology, and healthcare sectors, he worked with organizations of all sizes to drive financial impact via risk management programs. Prior to Marsh, Huffman was a Client Advocate at Willis Towers Watson. He also brings experience in financial leadership at PNC Bank.
